Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was magnificent and ideal and just off everything, including the major piazza, train and bus stations and the cable cars, Bolzano's historic centre, and old Bolzano. I greatly enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable. A mini fridge bar, a seating area, and a work desk were much appreciated. The stay was enjoyable...

My stay at Sir Thomas Bed&More was perfect from start to finish. The B&B is located in the heart of the charming old town, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning provided a welcome relief from the summer heat. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing us with a Bolzano card that gave us free entrance to museums and free public transport. The breakfast was delicious and the location allowed us to easily visit the gardens at Schloss Trautmannsdorf in Merano. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a late breakfast start and some difficulty with the room key, overall I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly staff.

The breakfast was an overwhelming feast of delectable delights, from fresh bread and eggs to homemade cakes and jams. The elegant 17th-century building added a touch of old-world charm. The staff was helpful and the common areas were clean.
Oh, and let's not forget the exquisite experience of being locked out of the hotel in the scorching heat with my luggage. Pure bliss.

The rooms at Sir Thomas Bed&More are absolutely fantastic! They have all the amenities you could wish for, including a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and even a minibar for a quick drink. It's like being in your own little oasis! As a guest who appreciates comfort and convenience, I couldn't have asked for more.
Personally, I found the soundproofing in the twin/double room to be a little lacking. But hey, that's just my opinion, and others might not mind the noise.

I had an excellent stay at the charming B&B in the heart of the pedestrian area. The room was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful, even extending our key so we could leave our luggage. The included Bolzano cards saved us money on activities and transportation. The breakfast was delicious and the free regional travel pass was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great central location, close to all the main attractions and shops. the room had a nice view and was tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. Enjoyed the friendly welcome and helpful staff.
The breakfast starting at 8:30 was too late for us, as we wanted to get an early start to explore the city. the internet in the room was very poor and the staff didn't respond to our email request for help.
